摘 要:水培试验结果表明 ,Mg对龙眼苗期生长有明显的影响 .缺 Mg胁迫下 ,龙眼生物量、根干重、根体积、根总吸收面积和根系活力降低 ,根 /冠比值下降说明缺 Mg对龙眼根系生长的影响大于地上部 .苗期龙眼 Mg素营养诊断的适宜部位为复叶下部小叶 ,诊断指标 :临界值是 2 .5 g· kg-1,适宜范围为 2 .5 - 4 .0 g· kg-1,>4 .0g·Effects of Mg on longan ( Dimocarpus longana Lour.) seedlings growth and Mg nutrition diagnosis was studied using hydroponics. The results showed that Mg nutrition significantly inhibited the growth. Biomass, root dry weight,root volume, root absorption area and root activity decreased when plants were subjected to Mg stress. The decrease of the ratio of root to shoot indicated that Mg deficiency inhibited root growth more seriously than shoot growth. Lower compound leaves of longan seedlings was considered to be a proper part for Mg diagnosis. Mg diagnostic indexes in longan leaves were 2.5 g·kg -1 (critical level), 2.5-4.0 g·kg -1 (normal), >4.0 g·kg -1 (excess).
