摘　　要：本文对现有的VOD视频点播关于节省网络带宽的播放算法研究进行了归类介绍，根据这些算法的特点把VOD播放算法分成批处理类、广播类和流合并类，并简略阐明每一类中的几个代表算法的工作原理和概况，从中反映VOD播放算法的发展现状。In this paper, nine Video-On-Demand playback algorithms, which are mainly developed to cut down bandwidth of the video broadcasting network, are introduced in three classifications according to their outstanding characteristics. The three categorizations we conclude are Batching, Broadcasting and Stream Merging. And the process of each algorithm will be described .
