摘  要:从美国引进高灌蓝莓无毒试管苗 ,进行组织培养微繁技术研究。在改良WPM添加玉米素 0 .5~ 2 .0mg/L的增殖培养基上 ,新梢增殖 50倍以上 ;在 1 /2改良WPM添加IBA 0 .1mg/L的生根培养基上 ,生根率达 30 %~ 70 % ;采用 1∶1的草炭土与河沙做基质移栽炼苗 ,成活率 50 %以上 ;移栽到砂壤土中 ,当年生长量可达 50cm ,翌春有 6 0 %的植株开花结果。Both of the eight northern and two southern highbush blueberry cultivars (Vaccinium corymbosum and V.×corymbosum) were micropropagated on the medium of WPM. Shoots were multiplicated on WPM media suppelemented with zeatin 0.5~2.0 mg/L,increased by fifty times after 8 weeks. Rooting rate was 30%~70% when shoots were cultured on the 1/2WPM medium with IBA 0.1 mg/L. Fifty percent survival rate of plants was obtained after transferring them to 50% peat moss:50% fine sand. All plantlets were transferred into sandy loam field in the spring,they grew to 50cm height in the year and 60% of them had flowers or fruit the following year. So,it is suitable to the culture of highbush blueberry in some area of Shandong.
