摘 要:1996 ~ 1999 年在浙江省富阳市、新昌县等地开展了松材线虫病的综合防治技术研究,明确了松褐天牛补充营养、携带和传递松材线虫特性,研究出新型松褐天牛引诱剂(M99),并取得应用预测和防治松褐天牛的显著效果。采用松材线虫早期诊断、病木伐除清理、引诱监测、化学防治等综合防治技术扑灭了一个松材线虫病新发生地,建立了6 700 hm2 的综合防治示范林,总结出包含有八章五十一款的“浙江省松材线虫病工程治理技术规程”。Studies on integrated control techniques of pine wilt disease caused by pine wood nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were carried out in Fuyang, Xinchang, Zhejiang province, from 1996-1999. The result showed that B. xylo-philus was carried and transmitted by Monochamus alternatus and characteristic of maturation feeding. New attractant prepared for forecasting and controlling M. alternatus was applicated with significant effect. A new occurrence site of B. xylophilus was successfully wiped out through integrated control techniques namely early diagnosis, diseased trees felled, attractant monitoring and chemical control. 6,700 hectares of demonstration stands were established for integrated control. Regulations on control techniques of B. xylophilus in Zhejiang province were drafted including 51 articles in 8 chapters.
