摘　　要：农业是国民经济的基础 ,在市场经济条件下 ,对农业实行保护已成为国际惯例 ,具有普遍性。我国作为一个农业大国 ,农业发展过程中面临着诸多问题。加入世界贸易组织的挑战 ,使得对农业的保护更具有必要性。面对诸多问题 ,对农业实行保护的基本思路应是适度保护、重点保护、间接保护等。Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. It has become a universal international practice that agriculture should be protected under the circumstances of market economy. China is a great country of agriculture, with the development of agriculture and the approaching of China entering WTO, the protection of agriculture is of great significance. This paper raise such tentative proposals as moderate, key and indirect protection of agriculture.
