摘 要:用微量吸管法对红壤颗粒组成进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,用土量 4 .0 0 g,吸液量 5 m L的微量吸管法的测定结果稳定 ,与吸管法无明显差异 ,重现性优于比重计法 ,能满足快速测定的需要 .但用土量太少(2 .0 0 g)或吸液量太少 (2 .5 m L)可能会引起较大的偏差 .It was concluded from the results on a wide range texture of soils that particle composition of red soils could be analyzed effectively with a micro-pipette method (using 4.00 g soil and sampling 5 mL suspension) that have low coefficient of variation with accuracy and precision comparable to pipette method and much higher repeatable than hydrometer method. Micro-pipette method could meet requirement for rapid determination of soil particle composition. However, variability between replicates was higher when only 2.0 g of soil was used or 2.5 mL suspension was sampled in the micro-pipette method.
