脾脏小分子活性物质对粤黄鸡生长及血浆环核苷酸水平的影响

摘  要:将 1 8 0只 1日龄健康粤黄公鸡随机均分为 4组 ,试验组每周分别注射鸡脾脏小分子活性物质的组份 - 、组份 - 和组份 - ( 0 .5m L/只 ) ,对照组注射等量灭菌 PBS。每周称重并计算饲料消耗。第 4、6、8、1 0周龄时分别采集血样 ,采用竞争性蛋白结合法 ( CPBA)和放射免疫测定法 ( RIA)分别测定血浆中 c AMP和 c GMP的浓度。结果表明 ,注射鸡脾脏小分子活性物质组份 - 和组份 - 可明显促进粤黄鸡生长 ,提高血浆 c AMP水平和 c AMP/c GMP比值。One hundred and eighty Yuehuang chicken of one day old were randomly divided into four groups.Group 1,2 and 3 were respectively injected with 0.5 mL fraction Ⅰ,fraction Ⅱ and fraction Ⅲ of chicken spleen micromolecule active mass after Sephadex G 25 size exclusion chromatography,while Group 4 served as control and received injections weekly with 0.5 mL sterile phosphate buffer solution(PBS) per chicken.Feed and water were provided adlibitum and 24 hour lighting was adopted.All birds were weighed once a week,and the feed intake were calculated at the same time.Blood samples were collected biweekly from 4 to 10 week old.The concentrations of adenosine 3′,5′ cyclic monophosphate(cAMP) and guanosine 3′,5′ cyclic monophosphate(cGMP) in plasma were measured by competitive protein binding assay(CPBA) and radio immunoassay(RIA) respectively.The results showed that the fraction Ⅰ and fraction Ⅲ of chicken spleen micromolecule active mass could improve the growth of Yuehuang chicken and increase the ratio of cAMP/cGMP.
