摘　　要：建立了紫外分光光度法测定痢菌净注射液含量的方法，以甲醇为溶剂，检测波长381nm，在1～20μg／mL范围内吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系，r＝0．9999，回收率100．0％，RSD为0．16％（n＝5），稳定性好。本方法与非水滴定法相比，无需分离，操作简便、快速，结果准确，实验受环境因素影响小，对检验人员身体无危害，并可用于复方制剂中痢菌净的含量测定。To estabhish a UV method for the deternination of Mequindocis Injection was carried out with an ultraviolet detector at 381 nm,the linearity was in the range of 1~20ug/mL,with r=0.9999,the average recovery was 100.0% with RSD=0.16%,the method was proved to be simple,reproducible,quality of Mequindocis Injection.
