摘 要:本文研究了不同C/N及不同Cu2 + 浓度对柱状田头菇液体发酵产物生物最及多糖含量的影响。结果表明 :当C/N为 6 0时 ,菌丝体多糖含量可达最高值 ,为9 113%。当Cu2 + 浓度为 0 0 1%时 ,多糖含量可达最高 ,并能获得较高的菌丝生物量。本文还比较了柱状田头菇、平菇、金针菇三种食用菌液体发酵产物在生物量及多糖含量方面的差异。The effects of the ratio of Carbon/Nitrogen and the concentration of Cu 2+ on biomass and polysaccharides content of hyphae was studied.When the ration of Carbon/Nitrogen was 60,the polysacchrides content was as highest as 9 113%.When the concentration of Cu 2+ was 0 01%,the biomass of hyphae was more higher,and at the same time,the content of polysaccharides was max.The experiment also studied the different of biomass and polysaccharides content of hyphae of Agrocybe aegerita,Flammulina and Pleurotus ostrearus.
