摘　　要：目的:考察痤疮灵对动物皮肤的毒性作用。方法:采用健康大白鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验;用健康家兔进行皮肤刺激性试验;用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验。结果:痤疮灵对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤无皮肤急性吸收毒性,对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论:座疮灵用于治疗座疮是较安全的。Objective:Meditation of the toxicity on skin by the Cuo ChuangLing ointment. Methods:Acute skin irritation test on good health guinea pig.Results:Cuo ChuangLing ointment has no acute toxitity to the integral or damaged skin of rat,has no irritation on the integral or ds- maged skin of rabbit was observed has no hypersensitive effects to the skin of guinea pig.Conclu- sions:It is safe by using Cuo ChangLing Ointment to treat Ache of skin.
