摘　　要：总结猪原位肝移植术中体位外静脉转流的配合经验。选择健康家猪进行16例原位肝移植,无肝期采用体外静脉转流技术,手术中连续监测血流动力学及体温变化并根据体外静脉转流特点制定出相应护理方案以保证手术的顺利进行。术后存活14例,血流动力学在无肝期开始及结束后短暂波动,体温随着手术的进行稍下降。熟悉体外静脉转流技术,加强转流过程中的护理配合有助于猪原位肝移植手术的成功,也为临床肝移植奠定了良好的基础。Objective To discuss the experience of cooperation of extracorporeal veno—venous bypass in orthotopic liver transplantation in pigs.Methods Sixteen orthotopic liver transplantation in pigs were performed and the extracorporeal veno—venous bypass was established during the anhepatic stage.The changes of hemodynamics and core temperature were monitored continuously during the operation.Results Fourteen pigs survived after operation(87.5%).There were tran- sient hemodynamics disturbances both at the beginning and the end of the anhepatic stage(p<0. 05),and the core temperature decreased mildly following the operation.Conclusions It is impor- tant to be familiar the extracorporeal veno—venous bypass in orthotopic liver transplantation and the perfectcooperation protocol during the bypass can help the operation success and prepare well for the clinical liver transplantation.
