包头市601名牧区老年人生活质量调查

摘　　要：目的 :了解包头市牧区老年人生活质量现状及其影响因素。方法 :采用生活质量评价量表 SF- 36以入户访谈方式对 60 1名牧区老年人进行调查。结果 :牧区老年人 SF- 36量表的加权总分平均为 73.9± 1 7.4,生活质量水平较高。多元回归分析结果显示 ,影响牧区老年人生活质量的主要因素有慢性病、就医情况、年龄、经济收入和婚姻状况。结论 :影响牧区老年人生活质量的因素是多方面的 。Objective:To explore the present situation of quality of life(QOL)and the main factors that influence the QOL of the elderly in the pastoral area in Baotou .Methods:QOL was studied among 601 old people in the pastoral area by household interviews.Results:The average weighted score based on SF-36 was 73 9±17 4 in the old people in the pastoral area,and their QOL level was higher.Themultiple liner regression analysis results showed that the main factors that influence the QOL of the aged were chronic disease,hospitalization,age,income and marital status.Conclusion:There were a lot of factors that influenced the QOL ,so we should improve the QOL of the aged by all different ways.
