痛风冲剂治疗痛风的临床和实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨痛风冲剂对痛风的治疗作用。方法:通过对痛风冲剂进行的临床药效学观察,以及急性毒性和长期毒性的实验研究,分析痛风冲剂对痛风的治疗效果。结果:痛风冲剂在痛风急性发作期和发作间歇期可以排泄尿酸、消肿、止痛;在慢性期适当停用高嘌呤饮食,维持营养正常摄入的同时,又不引起痛风发作,可明显减少并发症的发生。临床疗效明显优于对照组,总有效率为73.3%。结论:痛风冲剂对痛风有一定治疗作用。objective:To study effect the treatment of Tongfeng powder preparation on gout. Method:With the methods of clinical pharmacodynamics and experimental pharmacodynamics, acute toxicity and long-term toxicity, the clinical and experimental effects of Tongfeng powder preparation on gout were analyzed. Results:Tongfeng powder preparation can excrete uric acid, detumescence and relieve pain in the acute and intermission period. In the chronic period, the complications can be decreased when high Pirine diet is stopped and common diet is kept without active gout. The treated group is better than the controlled one significantly. The total effective rate is 73.3%. Conclusion:Tongfeng powder preparation can treat gout.
