“双骨胶囊”治疗大鼠实验性骨质疏松的效果观察

摘　　要：目的　观察“双骨胶囊”治疗骨质疏松的效果。方法　 5～ 6月龄SD雌性大鼠 ,以维甲酸诱导骨质疏松模型后 ,给予含硼中药“双骨胶囊”进行治疗。用骨病理组织学、形态计量学等实验技术 ,观察“双骨胶囊”的治疗效果。结果　“双骨胶囊”治疗后 ,大鼠的平均骨小梁数 (6 1 0±0 88)、平均骨小梁宽 (75 74± 1 8 3 9)、骨小梁面积百分比 (2 4 0 1± 6 1 4)等指标增加 ,明显高于骨质疏松组 (4 3 3± 0 82 ,41 96± 1 1 6 9,1 6 1 6± 3 0 3 ;P <0 0 5 )。结论　“双骨胶囊”可增加骨量 。Objective To understand the effect of 'Shuang Gu Capsule' on the osteoporotic model of the rats. Methods Female SD rats, 5～6 months after birth, were chosen to duplicate the osteoporotic model induced by retinoic acid and treated with 'Shuang Gu Capsule', a kind of natural herb rich in boron. The effect of 'Shuang Gu Capsule' on osteoporosis were evaluated by morphometry, BMD, serum biochemistry and electromicroscope. Results After intake of 'Shuang Gu Capsule', the mean trabecular plate density(6.10±0.88), the mean trabecular plate thickness(75.74±18.39) and the trabecular bone volume(24.01±6.14) of the rats group, which were treated by 'Shuang Gu Capsule', were significantly increased more than that of the osteoporotic model (4.33±0.82, 41.96±11.69, 16.16±3.03; P <0.05). Conclusion These results indicate that 'Shuang Gu Capsule' can increase bone mass and has a therapeutic effect on the osteoporotic model of the rats induced by retinoic acid.
