摘 要:目的 探讨铝作业工人神经行为功能的改变及其接触水平 -效应关系。方法 采用WHO推荐的神经行为核心测试组合 (NCTB)对某铝厂 65名电解工人和 5 2名对照工人进行测试分析 ,同时测定其血清铝、尿铝浓度。结果 血清铝、尿铝浓度接触组明显高于对照组。除视觉保留外 ,铝接触工人的大部分测试标准分均低于对照组 ,提示其在情感状态、注意力、听记忆、运动敏捷度与准确性方面已有显著改变。且血清铝浓度与数字跨度、提转敏捷度及情感状态标准分间均存在负相关。结论 职业性铝接触可影响工人正常的神经行为功能 ,血清铝浓度与神经行为功能间可能存在一定接触水平 -效应关系。Objective To study the neurobehavioral function of aluminum exposed workers and its exposure effect relationship. Methods Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery (NCTB) recommended by WHO was used for 65 workers occupationally exposed to aluminum and 52 controls. Meanwhile, urine and serum aluminum concentrations were detected. Results As compared with the control group, the exposed group had serum and urine aluminum concentrations increased . There was significant difference of NCTB scores between exposed and control group except Benton visual retention. It suggested that central nervous system function was affected due to exposure to aluminum. Serum aluminum concentration correlated inversely with standardized scores of digit span, Santa Ana and profile of mood states. Conclusion Occupational aluminum exposure might interfere with the normal neurobehavioral function. The exposure effect relationship between serum aluminum concentration and NCTB scores might exist, so NCTB could be one of the effective and sensitive indices for aluminum workers health surveillance.
