摘　　要：介绍了清江公司通过成功地组织隔河岩电站建设及高坝洲、水布垭电站开发的过程中创建的“清江体制”,即“以两权分离、两体融合的产权关系制度构架为核心 ;以生产要素优化配置的产业科学集成为主线 ;以不断提升企业科技、人才、管理水平为动力”的动态发展的公司体制。探讨了加入Through the successful organization of Qingjiang Hydropower plant construction and development of Gaobazhou and Shuibuya projects the co called 'Qingjang Valley Structure' was established. Its nucleus is following:right separation of administration and enterprise; scientific intergration of production elements; dynamic development of scientific, manpower and management levels. Also was discussed the prospective plan of Qingjiang Co. development and Qingjiang Valley exploitation after the entry into the WTO.
