摘　　要：在相当长的时期内，要有效解决农村用能问题，只有依赖因地制宜，多能互补的方针，不可能依赖商品能源的供给。在众多的新能源和可再生能源技术中，生物质能的开发利用不仅不对环境带来任何危害，同时还有利于治理环境污染和恢复生态。沼气及其综合利用的农村能源开发与建设，能直接有效地促进农村经济的发展。For a long times an effect solution to rural energy consumption is complementary mutienergy utilixztion in accordance with local conditions. Thus dependence upon commercial energy supply becomes impossible. Of diverse new and renewable energy technology, bioenergy exploration brings no harm to environment. Moreover, it's favorable to environmental pollution control and ecological restoration. So biogas and its comprehensive utilization centered around rural energy exploration and development can directly promote agro-economic development.
