达氟沙星对禽霍乱鸡霉形体与大肠杆菌混合感染的药效学研究

摘　　要：为研究国产新兽药达氟沙星对人工感染禽霍乱及鸡败血霉形体与大肠杆菌合异感染的药效学 ,每个治疗试验随机分为达氟沙星三个不同剂量组、恩诺沙星对照组、阳性对照组和阴性对照组。当感染鸡出现典型症状时 ,达氟沙星三个剂量组、恩诺沙星组分别按每L水 10 0mg、50mg、2 5mg、50mg、混饮用药。结果表明 :达氟沙星三个不同剂量组、恩诺沙星对照组连续用药 4天 ,对禽霍乱的治愈率分别是 93 3%、93 3%、80 %、86 7% ,而感染对照组的死亡率为 6 6 7% ;达氟沙星三个不同剂量组、恩诺星沙对照组连续用药 5天 ,对鸡败血霉形体与大肠杆菌合异感染的治愈率分别是 98%、92 5%、75%、85% ,抗体阳性反应率分别为 0、10 %、4 0 %、30 % ,平均气囊损伤计分分别是 0 4、0 6、1 2、1 0 ,而感染对照组的死亡率为 4 0 % ,抗体阳性反应率为 10 0 % ,平均气囊损伤计分是 7 4。Pharmacodynamics of a new domestic antibacterial danofloxacin soluble powder against artificially infected with P.multocida as well as Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Escherichia coli.in chickens was studied.Every therapeutic experiment were randomly divided into three different doses of danofloxacin group,enrofloxacin group ,positive and negative control groups.Infection chickens were given respectively via the drinking water danofloxacin(high dose 100mg.L -1 ,middle dose 50mg.L -1 and low dose 25mg.L -1 ),enrofloxacin(50mg.L -1 )for a succesive 4 or 5 days when significantly clinical symptoms were observed.The results revealed that the cure rate of three dose danofloxacin and enrofloxacin group following 4 days treatment against fowl cholera were 93.3%,93.3%,80%,86.7% respectively.The mortality of the infected and untreated group was 66.7%.Following the treatment with three dose danofloxacin and enrofloxacin for 5 days,the cure rate against complicated mycoplasmosis and colibacillosis in chickens was 95%,92.5%,75%,85% respectively.At the end of experiment observation ,were positive percent of antibody response in surving birds 0,10%,40%,30% and mean air-sac lesion scores were 0.4, 0.6 ,1.2 and 1.0 mortality,positive percent of antibody response and mean air-sac lesion scores of the infected and untreated chickens were 100% and 40% respectively.
