鲟鱼细菌性败血症的诊断初报

摘　　要：河南省信阳市和厚特种水产养殖场 2 0 0 0年 9月发生俄罗斯鲟、杂交鲟大量发病 ,经临床观察、病理检查及病原体分离培养等 ,确定鲟鱼细菌性败血症是由嗜水气单胞菌所引发。分离菌株对多种抗菌药敏感 ;毒力试验表明 ,分离菌株对小白鼠的MLD为 2 0亿细菌 ,用抗菌药物拌饵投喂 ,结合消毒换水 。On September 2000,Acipenser gueldenstaedtis and baster occurred disease on the Hehou special Aquatic Farm,xingyang city,Henan Province.According to clinical observation,pathological examination,pathogen's separate and cultivate,we reconginzed that was bacterial septicemia caused by Aeromonas hydrophila .The isolate's MLD to albino mice was 20,000,000 germ,and which were senstitive to many antibiotic.It was effectively to control the disease by fed baits mixed antibiotic to fish and changed original water with sterilizing water.
