摘　　要：综述了近年来 IT技术发展对电力系统应用软件的影响 ;讨论了设计一体化电力企业应用系统需考虑的问题 :如何实现互操作和信息的高度共享及提高应用系统的可靠性 ;提出了基于This paper summarizes the influence of IT on the utility application systems briefly, and discusses the problems that need to be taken into account while designing an integrative utility application systems, that are, how to implement the interoperability and the highly sharing of information as well as how to enhance the reliability of the application systems. Then the paper presents an MAS based architecture of the utility application systems.
