养殖石鲽鱼病原菌鸭瘟巴斯德氏菌(Pasteurella anatipestifer)初步研究

摘　　要：1998年7月从寻山水产集团公司养鱼场养殖的石鲽鱼病鱼肠道中分离到多株细菌,经人工感染试验证明其中1株为致病菌。该菌株为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,无动力, 32℃以上不生长。氧化酶阳性。发酵葡萄糖产酸不产气。经BIOLOG MICROSTATION SYSTEM鉴定为鸭瘟巴斯德氏菌(Pasteurella anatipestifer)。药敏试验表明,该菌株对呋喃唑酮、呋喃妥因、氟哌酸、丁胺卡那和环丙沙星敏感。Several strains of bacteria were isolated from the intestines of the diseased Kareius bicoloratus supplied by the Fish Farm of Xunshan Fisheries Group Company of Rongcheng City in July, 1998. One of these strains was proved to be a pathogen by challenge tests. It was a Gram-negative short rod bacterium. It could not move and could not grow when the temperature exceeded 32℃. It produced acid but no gas from glucose. It was identified to be Pasteurella anatipestifer by BIOLOG MICROSTATION SYSTEM. It was sensitive to the following antibiotics: furazo lidone, furantoin, norfloxacin amikacin and ciprofloxacin.
