摘  要:研究了 DCMU、氟哒酮及亚油酸对眼点拟微球藻的生长、总脂含量及不饱和脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明 :(1)当 DCMU的浓度在 0 .8μmol/ L以上时 ,眼点拟微球藻的生长抑制率达80 % ,其总脂占干重的百分含量减少了近 30 % ;在 1.0 μmol/ L 时 ,EPA占其总脂肪酸的相对百分含量增加了 10 8.6 1%。 (2 )当氟哒酮的浓度在 8.0μmol/ L以上时 ,眼点拟微球藻的生长抑制率为82 .9% ,其总脂占干重的百分含量下降了 2 1% ,而 EPA占其总脂肪酸的相对百分含量增加了6 0 %。(3)当亚油酸的最终浓度在 4 0 0 μmol/ L 以上时 ,眼点拟微球藻的抑制率达 6 4 %以上 ;大于30 0 μmol/ L、4 0 0 μmol/ L 时 ,EPA占其总脂的相对百分含量在 4 .77%以下 ;在 5 0 μmol/ L 以下时 ,EPA占其总脂肪酸的相对百分含量从对照组的 2 0 .96 %下降到 19.4 9%以下。结果表明 ,眼点拟微球藻在养殖中 ,当生物量增加到一定的程度时 ,可以用加入一定浓度的 DCMU或氟哒酮的方法来大幅度提高 EPA的含量。Effects of DCMU, norflurazon and linoleic acid on the growth, total lipid content and unsaturated fatty acid composition of Nannochloropsis oculata were studied in this paper. The results were as follows: (1) The rate of growth inhibition of Nannochloropsis oculata reached to 80% and the percent content of total lipids of dry weight decreased by 30% in the presence of 0.8μmol/L DCMU compared to the control group; the relative percent content of EPA of total fatty acids increased by one time or more. (2) When norflurazon concentration was 8.0μmol/L, the rate of growth inhibition reached to 82.9% and the total lipids content of dry weight decreased by 21% while EPA content increased by 60% .(3) When linoleic acid concentration was 400μmol/L, the rate of growth inhibition reached to 64%; the EPA content of total fatty acids was as low as 4.77% in the presence of 300μmol/L linoleic acid; the EPA content of total fatty acids decreased from 20.96% to 19.49% compared to the control group.These results showed that DCMU or norflurazon may be used to improve the EPA content of N.oculata.
