活血化瘀法对实验性高脂血症大鼠载脂蛋白与脂蛋白(a)的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究活血化瘀法对实验性高脂血症 (HLP)大鼠血清载脂蛋白AI (ApoAI)、B (ApoB)、脂蛋白 (a) [Lp (a) ]及磷脂酰胆碱胆固醇转酰酶 (LCAT)的影响。方法 :采用高脂饮食喂饲法建立大鼠HLP模型 ,自造模第 1天起 ,灌胃给予活血化瘀方剂 ,连续给药 40天 ,应用免疫比浊法在全自动生化分析仪上测定ApoAI、ApoB、Lp (a)浓度 ,参照文献方法测定LCAT活性。结果 :活血化瘀方剂三个剂量均能显著降低高脂大鼠血清ApoB、Lp (a)水平 ( p <0 .0 5 ,p <0 .0 1 ) ,显著升高ApoAI水平及LCAT活性。结论 :提示本方通过升高ApoAI、降低ApoB进一步发挥血脂调节作用 ,通过降低Lp (a)水平降低了心脑动脉粥样硬化 (AS)性血管疾病的独立危险因素 ,并提示提高LCAT活性是本方调血脂机理之一。Objective:To study the effects of Promoting Blood circulation and Restoring Flow on ApoAI,ApoB,Lp(a),LCAT of hyperlipemia in rats.Methods:Feeding foods of high lipid content induced Hyperlipemia in rats.The rats had been treated with Drugs of Promoting Blood circulation and Removing Blood Stasis for forty days.The concentration of ApoAI,ApoB,Lp(a) was detected by immunocolorimetric analysis.Detecting activity of LcaT was referring to the methods in literature.Results:ApoB,Lpa in the three treatment groups were all remarkable lower,AproA,activity of LCAT were obviously improved.Conclusion:Promoting Blood circulation and Restoring Flow is able to regulate blood lipid by elevating AproAⅡ level and depressing ApoB level.Reducing the cardiovascular disease causational factors such as AS through lowering the level of Lp(a),and increasing the activity of LCAT,is one of the mechanism on regulating blood lipid for this recipe.
