胰体康胶囊对实验性糖尿病小鼠胰岛功能及受体影响的观察

摘　　要：目的　观察胰体康胶囊对实验性糖尿病小鼠胰岛功能及受体的影响。方法　昆明小鼠 82只 ,70只链脲佐菌素 (STZ)尾静脉内注射诱发糖尿病模型 ,分为糖尿病组 1 5只 ;糖尿病治疗组 30只 ,饲喂胰体康胶囊。正常组 1 2只 ,饲喂正常饲料。于 3个月后分别测定各组血浆中胰岛素、血糖、血脂及全血胰岛素受体。结果　糖尿病治疗组昆明小鼠饲喂胰体康胶囊后 ,血糖、血脂降低 ,胰岛素含量升高 ,胰岛素受体结合力升高。结论　胰体康胶囊具有降糖、降脂 ,升高胰岛素含量 。Objective To study effect of Yitikang capsule on function and receptor of islet with experimental diabetic mice. Methods Kunming mouse were induced diabetes millitus by caudal vein injection of streptozotocin (STZ). Diabetic mouse were divided into control group and treatment group. After 3 months of treatment with Yitikang capsule, serum insulin, blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin receptor in mice whole blood were measured. Results Levels of blood glucose and blood lipid of mouse in treatment group were lower, level of insulin was higher than those before treatment. Conclusion Yitikang capsule can effectively decrease blood glucose and blood lipid, and increased level of insulin.
