人体蠕形螨病的病原学研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨引起人体蠕形螨病的螨种、感染度及其与疾病发生的相互关系。方法;对963例酒渣鼻、睑缘炎、外耳道瘙痒症患者用透明胶纸法作病原分离,直接镜检鉴定虫种。结果:963例人体蠕形螨病患者中检出的病原体为毛囊蠕形螨和皮脂蠕形螨,其感染率分别为45.28％（436/963）、34.48％（332/963）,二者混合感染的占20.25％（195/963）。浅型酒渣鼻和深型酒渣鼻患者中,毛囊蠕形螨感染率为65.18％（219/336）35.54％（59/166）,皮脂蠕形螨感染率为（62/179）、34.04％（96/282）,皮脂蠕形螨感染率为46.37％（83/179）、39.72％（112/282）。轻度、中度、重度、极重度感染患者的感染率分别为19.11％（184/963）、59.81％（576/963）、18.69％（180/963）、2.39％（23/963）。结论:浅型酒渣鼻、蠕形螨性睑缘炎、蠕形螨性外耳道瘙痒症主要以毛囊蠕形螨感染为主,深型酒渣鼻以皮脂蠕形螨感染为主,其感染程度以中、重度感染多见。Objective: The relationship between the kind . its infectiosity of human demodex and the occurrence and progress of the disease was studied. Method: The pathogen of 963 patients suffered from rosacea. blephaitis eiliaris. pruritus of meatus acousticus externus were indentificated by cellophane swab. Result: The pathogeny were demodex folliculorum and demodex brevis Among the 963 cases, the infection rates of demodex folliculorm, demodex brevis were 45. 28% (436/963), 34. 48% (332/963) , the both infection rate was 20. 25% (195/963). The infection rates of demoex folliculorum of superficial rosacea and deep rosacea were 65. 18% (219/963), 35. 54% (59/166), the infection rates of demodex brevis were 16. 07% (54/336), 50. 00% (83/166). The infection rates of demodex folliculorum of blepharitis eiliaris were 34. 64% (62/179). 34. 04% (96/282), the infection rates of demodex brevis were 46. 37%(83/179), 39. 72% (112/282). The infective rates of light-extent, miderate-extent. heavy-extent, severe-extent were 19. 11 % (184/963) , 59. 81 % (576/963) , 18. 69% (180/963) , 2. 39% (23/963). Conclusion: The infection of demodex was more common in patients with superficial rosacea, blepharitis, pruritus of meatus acousticus externus, and the infection of demodex brevis was more common in deep rosaces. The infective extnts were moderate and heavy mostly.
