摘　　要：With the wide application of various information technologies in libraries,establishing the electronic information service system based on the network has become the focal point and development directions of information services in libraries.This article analyzes the characteristics,organizational structure and functions of the electronic information service system in libraries,and gives some suggestions about the construction of digital information resources,the design of the library’s homepage,the retraining of librarians,etc.With the wide application of various information technologies in libraries,establishing the electronic information service system based on the network has become the focal point and development directions of information services in libraries.This article analyzes the characteristics,organizational structure and functions of the electronic information service system in libraries,and gives some suggestions about the construction of digital information resources,the design of the library's homepage,the retraining of librarians,etc.
