LNL型幂次律非线性平板波导的传播特性

摘　　要：采用有限差分法计算并分析了 (L NL)型幂次律非线性 (ε∝ |E|δ )平板波导的传播特性 ,得到了不同幂次 δ下 ,L NL 型非线性平板波导的场分布曲线族、芯区功率曲线族以及总功率曲线族。结果表明 ,δ越大 。Propagation characteristic of slab waveguide with power law nonlinear (ε∝|E| δ) film bounded by linear media was analysed with an accurate finite difference method.The plots of field profile,core power and total power of nonlinear slab waveguide for different power δ were got by the numerical method.The results show that the δ is bigger,then the power for stable propagation is samller.
