低强度激光联合紫外线局部照射治疗化疗性静脉炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :为探讨低强度激光联合紫外线局部照射治疗化疗性静脉炎的临床疗效。方法 :我们选择了 4 0例化疗性静脉炎患者 ,其中男性 32例 ,女性 8例 ,年龄 32～ 6 4岁 ,随机分成两组即低强度激光 +紫外线照射治疗组和硫酸镁湿敷对照组 ,并对比研究治疗与对照组的临床疗效。结果 :低强度激光 +紫外线照射治疗组 2 0例患者有效 18例 ,占 90 % ,无效 2例 ,占 10 % ,而对照组2 0例患者中 ,有效 9例 ,占 4 5 % ,且低强度激光 +紫外线照射明显缩短治疗所需时间 ,4～ 6天即可 ,而对照组则需 8～ 10天。结论 :低强度激光 +紫外线照射不仅能提高治疗化疗性静脉炎的有效率 ,而且缩短其治疗有效所需时间 ,为化疗性静脉炎临床防治提供了一种安全。Objective:To explore the efficacy of low energy laser irradiation in combination with ultraviolet treating patients with phlebitis induced by chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with phlebitis induced by chemotherapy,including 32 males and 8 females with mean age of 61 years(rang,32-64 years),were randomized into two groups:low energy laser radiation in combination with ultraviolet and the control(magaesium sulfate solution application).the results of photon irradiation were compared with that of the control.Results:our results showed that the effective rate was 90% after the low energy laser irradiation in combination with ultraviolet and obviously higher than the control(10%)(p<0.01),and photon irradiation could significantly decrease the cure time.Conclusion:the low energy laser radiation in combination with ultraviolet can not only increase the efficacy of phlebitis by chemotherapy,but also decrease the cure time.It provides a safe and effective method for clinically treating patients with phlebitis by chemotherapy.
