摘　　要：文章以沧州炼油厂焦化炉炉管为实例 ,概括地介绍了采用红外热像技术 ,如何对高温火焰环境下工作的炉管进行温度场检测 ,以及对炉管的运行状态进行评估诊断的。从而为焦化炉炉管的“安、稳、长”Taking the coker furnace tubes of Cangzhou refinery as an example,the paper briefly introduces how to check up the temperature field of its furnace tubes working under high temperature flame environment with infrared image technics as well as to judge and diagnose the operation state of furnace tubes so as to provide safe, state and long time operation of coker furnace tubes with a scientific checking method.
