毛白杨易生根芽变品种苗期生长与解剖观察

摘　　要：为了解毛白杨易生根芽变品种的生长生理特性 ,以毛白杨易生根芽变品种为材料 ,毛白杨和大官杨作对比 ,采用随机区组实验分析 ,研究 3个品种在形态、物候、生长过程、解剖构造、光合性能等方面的差异。比较结果表明 :毛白杨易生根芽变品种扦插后芽萌动早 ,生根容易 ,成活率高 ,初期生长较快 ;该品种融合了毛白杨与大官杨两者的优良特性 ,解决了生产上毛白杨硬枝插条不宜成活的难题 ,且操作简便 ,成本低 。To understand the character of the growth and physiological of easy rooting mutant of Populus tomentosa, easy rooting mutant of P.tomentosa was selected as experimental material, and compared to P.tomentosaand and P.dakuanensis. By random design experiment,the three breeds were determined in the following: conformation, seasonal change, growth process, dissection formation and photosynthesis etc. The results showed that easy rooting mutant of P.tomentosa fused the superior character of the latter two, such as spraying earlier, rooting and surviving more easily, growing are quickly in the early time. This study not only resolved the problem that branch cutting of P.tomentosa didn′t survive easily in production, but also operated convenciently and cost lower. Therefore, it has much higher practical value.
