摘　　要：介绍了辽宁省自然地理概况、气侯特性、水系分布，分析了降雨和径流的时空分布特性、地表水资源特性、地表水资源开发利用程度以及今后的开发策略。The general physical geography situations, the climate characteristics and the water system distributing of Liaoning province are introduced in this paper. The space-time distributing characteristics of the rainfall and the runoff, surface water resources property and its degree of exploitation and utilization are analyzed. The exploiting tactics for the future are put forward.
