摘　　要：目的:探讨病毒性心肌炎(VMC)血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的变化及参白口服液防治作用。方法:给BALB/C小鼠接种嗜鼠心肌柯萨奇B3病毒(CVB3m)诱发VMC,在接种后3、7、14、20、30d动态对照观察TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ(ELISA法)的变化情况。结果:CVB3m VMC血清细胞因子水平显著增高,呈现一个动态变化过程。结论:TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ的变化可能参与VMC的发生和发展,参白口服液有良好的防治作用。Objective:To study on changes of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IFN-γ in viral myocarditis and effect of shenbai oral liquor on VMC. Methods:The viral myocarditis in BALB/C mouse was obtained by coxsackie virus B3m(CVB3m).The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IFN-γ in various stages(the days of 3,7,14,20,30) of viral infection were detected by ELISA assay. Results:The serum cytokines levels increased significantly in CVB3m myocarditis.There was the course of dynamic change. Conclusion:The changes of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IFN-γ are partly related with development of VMC, and shenbai oral liquor has significant functions of prevention and treatment.
