摘 要:目的 研究认知心理学教育对新兵精神卫生的影响 ,为其改善提供科学措施。方法 76名新兵用认知心理学教育干预 2 .5个月 ,另以 76名新兵作对照 ;用心身症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )测评两组的心理健康水平及认知心理学教育的效果。结果 实验组在实验后的SCL 90的强迫、敌对等 5项因子分显著性低于实验前 ,且总均分、阳性项目数及强迫、忧郁等 7项因子分显著性低于对照组实验后的相应值。对照组实验后的SCL 90的阳性项目数及躯体化、抑郁等 5项因子分值显著性高于实验前。Objectives To investigate the effects of cognitive psychology education on mental health in recruits, so to provide a scientific measure of mental health improving.Methods 76 recruits in experiment group were conducted the cognitive psychology education for 2.5 months. Other 76 recruits were as the control group. The mental health level and the effect of cognitive psychology education were tested and evaluated by symptom checklist (SCL-90) in two groups.Results 5 factor scores of obsession-compulsive, hostility, etc. of SCL-90 after train were significantly lower than that before train in the experiment group (P<0.05 or 0.01), and the average value of the scores, the number of positive symptoms items and 7 factor scores of obsession-compulsive, depression, etc. after train were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05 or 0.01). After train in control group, the number of positive symptom items and 5 factorial scores of somatization, depression, etc. of SCL-90 were significantly higher than that before train.Conclusions The cognitive psychology education may improve recruits' adaptability during training period, and protect and increase their mental health level.
