尿毒灵治疗慢性肾功能衰竭55例临床观察

摘　　要：临床观察尿毒灵胶囊及冲剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭 5 5例 ,其总有效率为 81.82 %。以脾肾气虚型及气阴两虚型疗效较好 ,阴阳两虚型较差 ,但组间无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。临床各项检查表明尿毒灵胶囊及冲剂具有保护残存健康肾单位的作用。该药临床观察未发现明显毒副作用 ,是治疗慢性肾衰的安全。Niaoduling capsule was used to treat 55 cases of chronic renal failure (CRF). The results showed that the total effective rate is up to 81.82%. Niaoduling capsule had a better effect on CRF with spleen- and kidney- qi deficiency or qi and yin deficiency than that with yin and yang deficiency, the difference being not significant (P> 0.05). It could protect the survival nephrons. No obvious toxic and side effects were found. It is indicated that Niaoduling capsule is safe and effective for CRF.
