复方樟丹制剂抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察复方樟丹制剂的抗炎作用并探讨其机制。方法 :采用二甲苯、巴豆油致耳壳肿、角叉菜致足肿胀、棉球肉芽肿及佐剂性关节炎等 5种急慢性炎症模型 ,观察复方樟丹制剂的抗炎作用。结果 :复方樟丹制剂对二甲苯耳壳肿胀有明显抑制作用 ,效果优于氟轻松 ;对巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀有抑制作用 ,对角叉菜致足肿胀有明显抑制作用 ;对大鼠棉球肉芽肿有明显抑制作用 ;对大鼠佐剂性关节炎有明显的抑制作用 ,疗效优于氟轻松。结论 :复方樟丹制剂具有抗急慢性炎症及免疫炎症作用。Objective:Observing the anti-inflammatory function of compound Zhangdan and discussing the mechanism.Method:Applying five types of models which affected acute or chronic inflammatory to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of compound zhangdan .Results:Compound zhangdan could obviously inhibit the swelling of mouse's ear caused by xylene and croton oil ,the effects were better than those of control,inhibit swelling of rat's foot caused by carrag erenin ,rat's cotton ball granuloma and rat's adjuvant arthritis,the curative effects were better than those of control.Conclusion:Compund Zhangdan could effectively treat acute?chronic and immunological inflammatory.
