摘  要:目的 :用虚寒、虚热证鼠研究神经、内分泌、免疫、血液流变学等机能以了解其变化的时相性和稳定性。方法 :以血清DβH活性 ,17 OHCS ,内脏神经递质含量 ,ANAE % ,NK免疫细胞功能 ,PFC抗体机能 ,纤维蛋白原含量 ,红细胞变形指数 ,全血黏度及红细胞聚集指数等指标进行测定。结果 :虚热时交感神经兴奋 ,肾上腺皮质素释放增多 ,ANAE % ,PFC空斑数增多 ,NK活性降低 ,血内纤维蛋白原增多。虚寒时神经、内分泌、免疫功能均降低 ,纤维蛋白原也增多。结论 :神经内分泌反应较快而持久 ,免疫功能对内环境的变化很敏感容易受损伤 ,血液流变学的变化较轻、较晚。用中药调节整体机能对各系统机能变化和疾病有治疗和预防作用。The Cold and Hot syndrome animal model rats were used ot study the neuroendocrine,immune,hemorheological function for understanding the times phases property and stability of these changes.Methods:The indexes of D β H activity in serum,17 OHCS in serum,neurotransmitters in organs,ANAE,NK immune cell function,PFC antibody amount,fibrinogen concentration of plasma,deformation index of RBC,whole blood viscosity,aggregation index of RBC were determined.Results:Deficiency of Hot syndrome group:The sympathetic N.S.excited,adrenal cortex hormone release increased,ANAE%,PFC increased,NK cell activity decreased.blood fibrinogen increased.Deficiency Cold syndrome group:All the neuroendocrine,immune function were decreased,but the fibrinogen were increased also.Conclusion:The reaction of nervous system,endocrine were very fast and kept a long time,immune function were very sensitive to the interior environment change and were easy to be hurt,the changes of hemorheology were little and delay.For Chinese N.P.regulating the whole body function,it have the effect of regulating each system function,treatment and prevent diseases.
