补肾微烟药条对绝经后骨质疏松症影响的实验和临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾微烟药条防治绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效。方法12月龄雌性大鼠36只,随机分为对照组、模型组、雌二醇组、补肾微烟药条组,采用摘除双侧卵巢法建立骨质疏松症的模型,造模3个月后治疗3个月,观察补肾微烟药条对骨代谢生化指标、性激素水平、骨小梁等指标的影响。结果经补肾微烟药条或雌二醇治疗后,尿Ca/Cr、HOP/Cr较模型组分别有所下降;血清雌二醇(E2)、血清骨钙素(BGP)较模型组升高(P<0.05～0.01);骨小梁与髓腔的宽度比值,补肾微烟药条组和雌二醇组较模型组接近正常;30例骨质疏松患者腰椎L1～4和股骨Neck骨密度治疗后分别提高1.31%和0.95%。结论补肾微烟药条和雌二醇的作用无显著差异。Objective To probe therapeutic effects of the s mall Kidney-Supplementing mediate d stick on menopausal osteoporsis.Method36female SD rats aged 12months were r andomized into 4groups:normal cont rol group,model group,estradiol group,the small Kid-ney-Supplementing mediated stick g roup.After osteoporosis models were produced by the method of bilateral ovariectomy,treatment about 3months was undergone.The efficacy o f the small Kidney-Supplementing me diated stick was determined by the bi ochemical indexes of bone metabolism,the level of sex hormone and bone trab ecula.Result After the therapy of the small Kidney-Supplementing mediated stick or estradiol,Urine-Ca /Cr ,Urine-Hop /Cr in the estradiol group,the small Kidney-Supplementing med iated stick group were significantl y lower than those in the model group;Serum e stradiol(E2),BGP in the estradiol group,the small Kidney-Supplementing mediated stick group were significantly higher than those in t he model group(P<0.05～0.01);the width ratio of bone trabecula to marrow cavity in the estradiol group,the small Kidney-Supplementing med iated stick group was close to normal standard than that in the model group.After treatment of the small Kidney-Supplementing mediated stick clinically,30cases of L 1～4 and femoral Neck osteoporosis showe d a significant rise in bone mineral density(BMD)(the small Kidney-Supplementing med iated stick 1.31%,estradiol 0.95%).Conclusion There were no significant distinc-tions among the therapy of the small K idney-Supplementing mediated stic k and serum estradiol.
