摘　　要：通过对我国风险投资业发展的简单回顾,提出在目前的风险投资热潮中,各风险投资公司的尝试大都夭折了,有些风险投资公司沦为一般投资公司,投资方向转向成熟的企业和行业,甚至投向房地产和证券市场,和初衷大相径庭,对此必须进行冷静的思考。Since 1980s,Venture Capital has begun to develop in China.Just at the beginning of the Second upsurge of Venture Capital,the first upsurge ended in failure.This article focuses on analyzing the restricting factor of the development of Venture Capital in China,and the author proposes the solution to the establishment of Venture Fund in our country.
