折衍混合式相干激光雷达天线系统的设计

摘　　要：根据具体使用要求设计了一个折衍混合式天线系统 ,其特点是采用一片小口径 ,平面基底的二元光学元件 ,对外差探测 ,收发合置的相干激光雷达天线系统进行简化。使整个系统达到了结构简单 ,工艺简单 ,并同时实现了高像质和低成本。设计参数为 :作为发射系统 ,物方视场角 2ω =10° ,出瞳口径Φ =10 0mm ,束散角压缩比 β =5x ,激光光源波长λ =10 .6 μm。In some special uses it is needed for the antenna system of a coherent laser radar to be small, light, low cost and high image quality. According to the specific requirement to the coherent laser radar, we design a antenna system with refractive elements and diffract element. A small aperture diffract optic element with planar substrate is used to simplify the antenna system of the coherent laser radar. As a result, both the structure and the technology to realize the antenna system are simple. What is more, it is achieved for the antenna system to be low cost and high image quality at the same time. The designing parameters are, as a transmitting system, the objective field of view 2ω=10°,the aperture of the exit pupil Φ=100mm,the reducing times of the angle of the diverging beam β=5x,the wavelength of the laser source λ=10.6μm.
