多效唑对海滨雀稗草坪草生长及生理特性的影响

摘　　要：采用不同浓度的多效唑喷施海滨雀稗 (PaspalumvaginatumSwartz.)草坪草叶面 ,结果表明 ,5 0～5 0 0mg/L多效唑使草坪草高度下降 ,匐枝主茎及各分枝长度变短 ,密度增加 ,根短 ,每节根数减少 ,叶短 .5 0～ 2 0 0mg/L多效唑使地上部分鲜重增加 ,对叶片宽度无明显影响 5 0 0mg/L使地上部鲜重下降 ,叶宽增加 .多效唑对草坪草生理特性的影响主要表现为叶片叶绿素含量降低 ,可溶性糖含量升高 .Experiment was conducted to study the effect of paclobutrazol treatment on growth and some physiological characteristics of turfgrass seashore paspalum(Paspalum vaginatum Swartz.) The results indicated that paclobutrazol(50～200mg/L)decreased height of turfgrass and length of main stoloniform stem and tiller, increased turf density, lowed length of root and leaf blade and decreased root number per node. Paclobutrazol (50～200mg/L) increased shoot fresh weight per square meter but had no significant effect on width of leaf blade. Paclobutrazol (500mg/L) decreased shoot fresh weight per square meter, increased width of leaf blade significantly. Pacloubtrazol treatment decreased the chlorophyll content in leaf blade but increased soluble sugar content.
