摘　　要：目的　研究清淋冲剂中栀子甙含量测定的方法。方法　采用HPLC法以水 乙腈为流动相 ,色谱柱为HypersilODS ,流速为 1.2mL/min ,检测波长 2 40nm。结果　线性范围为 0 .1～ 0 .5 μg,r=0 .9999,加样回收率为 99.5 % ,RSD =1.5 % (n=5 )。结论　本法重复性好 。OBJECTIVE To investigate into the method of determination of the content of ardenoside in Qinglin Granule. METHOD HPLC was used, with water-acetonitrile as the mobile phase, Hypersil ODS as the chromatographic column, 1.2 mL/min flow rate and 240 nm wave length for determination. RESULT The linear range was within 0.1～0.5 μg, r =0.999 9, 99.5% sample recovery rate, RSD =1.5% ( n =5). CONCLUSION This method has good repeatability and flexibility.
