摘 要:目的 研究与筛选促排铀的有效药剂。方法 选择了螯合剂 810 2与DTPA和碳酸氢钠 ,并以不同剂量的 810 2观察促排ICR小鼠体内的浓缩铀的效果。结果 当剂量为 4 0 0mg/kg 时 ,排除量可占摄入量的 86 6 % ,生物半排期由对照组的 79 7h降至 2 8 1h。主要蓄积器官内的浓缩铀的滞留量与对照组相应器官的相对比 ,肾脏仅为 0 2 4 7,肝脏为 0 2 5 9,骨骼为 0 370。结论 810 2促排效果优于DTPA和碳酸氢钠。此外 ,810 2还具有明显的缓解浓缩铀急性中毒的毒性反应。在观察期间实验组动物无因染毒而死亡 ,而对照组在观察终点的死亡率近 10 0 %。延时Objective\ To search an effective agent for promoting the excretion of enriched uranium.Methods DTPA,sodium bicarbonate,and chelating agent 8102 with different dosages were employed.The excretion efficiency for enriched uranium(\+\{235\}UO\-2F\-2) from ICR mice was observed.Results\ The enriched uranium excreted by 8102(400 mg/kg) accounted for 86\^6% of the initial intake and the biological half\|time reduced from 79\^7 h of the control group to 28\^1 h of 8102(400 mg/kg) group.Relative ratio of retention of enriched uranium in main organs of 8102(400 mg/kg) group versus the same organs of the control group was 0\^247,0\^259 and 0\^370 in kidney,liver and skeleton respectively.Conclusions\ The efficiency of 8102 shows superiority over DTPA and sodium bicarbonate.8102 could also alleviate the symptom of toxic reaction in the early stage of acute intoxication.Death was not observed in the experiment group,however,nearly a 100% mortality in the control group was observed at the end of observation.8102 also shows superior efficiency when it is administrated at 30 min after intoxication.
