3例急性颈髓损伤患者合并低钠性昏迷的原因分析与护理

摘　　要：本文对3例急性颈髓损伤患者合并低钠性昏迷的原因进行了回顾性分析。主要原因:机体创伤应激反应;大量脱水利尿剂的应用;体温调节中枢功能紊乱;摄入量不足。在护理过程中密切观察生命体征的变化,及时发现和纠正电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱;做好高热患者护理;合理供给营养,维持机体代谢平衡等。良好的护理可以减少并发症的发生,有利于患者治疗和康复。The reason of hyponatremia coma in three patients was reviewed and analysed. The main reasons are: the trauma stress response in the body, using more dehydration substance and diuretics, disturbance of body thermoregulation centrum function and the absorbed sodium is not sufficient. The change of life sign was closely observed to correct electrolyte and acid-base disturbance. The reasonable nutrition was supplied and maintained the body meta- blic balance for high fever patients. Good nursing may reduce the complication and is favourable for patients during treatment and recovery.
