摘　　要：目的　研究医学生吸烟状况与相关因素的关系。方法　采用无记名问卷调查 ,描述并采用非条件Logistic回归分析评价各因素与吸烟间的关系。结果　总吸烟率为 37.8% ,男生总吸烟率为 51 .6 % ,女生为 6 .8% ,男生中性格内向和月支出低者吸烟率低于性格外向和月支出高者 ,年级越高 ,吸烟率越高。家住农村、父亲从事农业生产者 ,吸烟率低于城镇和非农业者 ,家人是否吸烟不影响学生吸烟 ,而他周围的人对其吸烟影响明显。有 2 4 .2 %的男生在大学学会吸烟 ,其纸烟来源主要是自购 ,吸烟的最初诱因以解闷、消遣占首位。经分析 ,城镇学生、高年级、月支出高、周围有人吸烟、赞成吸烟的态度等是经常吸烟的危险因素。结论　医学生吸烟率高 ,必须对医学生吸烟采取干预措施。Objective To investigate the prevalence of smoking and related factors among medical students. Methods Cigarette smoking-related questions were investigated using an anonymous questionnaire; data was analyzed using the methods of descriptive epidemiology and non-conditional logistic regression. Results The total rate of smoking was 37.8%, the rate for males and for females was 51.6% and 6.8% respectively. The rate of smoking was higher in male students with inturned character and lower monthly expenditure than in those with extroverted character and higher monthly expenditure. The rate of smoking increased with grade. The rate of regular cigarette use was lower in students who came from rural areas and whose fathers were farmers than those who came from cities and towns, and whose fathers were non-farmers. Not their families but peer group had influence on smoking behaviors of students. Approximately 24.2% of female students became smokers at college; themselves mainly bought their cigarettes. Diversion and recreation were the leading inducement for smoking initiation. The risk factors for smoking were coming from cities and towns, higher grade, higher monthly expenditure, peer pressure and appreciation of smoking. Conclusions The rate of smoking is high among medical students, effective interventions should be implemented.
