摘　　要：讨论了用原位聚合法合成物理发泡微胶囊的基本原理和一般工艺。详细论述了各组分及其在合成中的作用 ,并介绍了主要操作原则。Principles and methods for producing thermal expandable microcapsule are introduced. Such microcapsules were mainly prepared by a limited coalescence suspension polymerization technique. A mixture of monomers and blowing agent was polymerized. Factors affecting the morphological structure and blowing performance of the microcapsule are discussed.
