转录因子-κB活性与2型糖尿病肾脏病变的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨 2型糖尿病患者外周血单个核细胞中转录因子 κB(NuclearfactorkappaB ,NF κB)的活性与肾功能损害的关系。方法　应用凝胶电泳迁移率实验 (EMSA)测定了 41例 2型糖尿病患者 (A组 )和 1 0例健康正常人 (D组 )外周血单个核细胞中NF κB的活性 ,并根据有无肾脏病变将糖尿病患者分为糖尿病无肾病组 (B组 )和糖尿病肾病组 (C组 )。结果　与D组比较 ,A、B、C三组NF κB活性显著增强 (P均 <0 0 5) ,其中C组活性最高 ,B、C两组间NF κB活性也有差别 (P <0 0 5)。结论　 2型糖尿病患者外周血单个核细胞中NF κB活性显著增强 ,尤其是伴有肾脏病变的患者 ,NF κB与糖尿病肾病的发生、发展有关。Objective To explore the relationship between activation of NF κB in the blood mononuclear cell and renal disease in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus.Methods The activation of NF κB were measured in 41 type 2 dibetics(group A) and 10 control subjects(group D) by electrophoresis mobility shift assay(EMSA).41 diabetics were divided into group B(normoalbuminuria) and group C( albuminuria).Results As compared with group D, the activation of NF κB increased markedly in group A, B and C( P <0 05, respectively), and the highest in group C.Conclusion There exist enhanced the activation of NF κB in the blood mononuclear cell in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus, especially in patients with albuminuria. These may contribute in some extent to the development and progression in diabetic nephropathy.
