摘  要:目的 :探讨超声雾化吸入鱼腥草液对肺癌肺切除术后病人排痰的影响。方法 :按随机对照临床实验原则将 44例病人分为 2组 ,实验组超声雾化吸入鱼腥草液 ,对照组常规方案超声雾化吸入庆大霉素加糜蛋白酶液。观察两组病人术后第 1~ 5天痰量、痰液黏弹性等流变学的变化。结果 :实验组术后第 1、4天的每日痰量显著大于对照组 ,术后第 1~ 5天痰屈服应力低于对照组。但除第 4天外 ,其余 4天痰液黏性均高于对照组 ,弹性值普遍高于对照组。结论 :超声雾化吸入鱼腥草液在一定程度上可降低肺切除术后病人痰屈服应力 ,有利于咳嗽排痰 ,但降低痰液黏弹性的作用较弱 ,不利于呼吸道纤毛清除功能的发挥。Objective: To explore the effects of ultrasonically inhalated houttuynia cordata on sputum expectoration of patients after pneumonectomy. Methods: Randomizied controlled clinical trial was carried out. In experiment group, patients inhalated houttuynia cordata by ultrasonical nebulizer, while patients in control group conventionally inhalated aerosol of gentamycin and α-chymotrypsin. Results: The 24h total volume of sputum in experiment group was significantly bigger on the first and fourth day postoperative. The yield stress of sputum was relative lower. However, the viscosity and elasticity were significantly higher in experiment group. Conclusion: Ultrasonically inhalated houttuynia cordata on postoperative patients can improve sputum expectoration to some extent, but it is disadvantageous to mucociliary transport.
