摘  要:目的 :探讨中国成都地区人群中血管紧张素原 (AGT)基因 M2 35 T分子变异与妊娠高血压综合征 (PIH)的关系。方法 :采用聚合酶链反应及限制性片段长度多态性分析 ,对 6 0例 PIH患者和 6 0例正常孕妇进行 AGT基因 M2 35 T基因型及 T2 35等位基因检测。结果 :1在该研究的群体中未发现 AGT基因 2 35 TT型。 2 PIH患者 AGT基因 T2 35等位基因频率 (0 .4 6 )与对照组 (0 .4 3)相比无统计学差异 (P>0 .5 )。结论 :1AGT基因 M2 35 T分子变异与所研究人群 PIH的发生无关。 2 AGT基因 M2 35Objectives:A molecular variant of the angiotensinogen(AGT) gene with threonine instead of methionine at position 235(i.e,with M235T polymorphism)has been shown to be associated with preeclampsia in Caucasians and in Japanese.The purpose of the present study was to assess whether the M235T polymorphism was associated with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) in a Chinese population.Methods:M235T polymorphism in exon 2 of AGT gene was determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and restriction endonuclease analysis in a study of 60 patients with PIH and 60 healthy pregnants as control.Results:①AGT gene 235TT genotype could not be detected in our research.②The frequency of T235 allele(0.46)in the PIH group was higher than that in the control subjects(0.43),but there is no statistical difference between the two groups( P >0 5).Conclusions:We could find no association between M235T of AGT gene and preeclampsia.The genotype of 235TT might be not a risk factor for PIH in Chinese population.The frequencies of T235 allele and 235 TT genotype were significantly different in different races and populations.
