摘  要:以籼型杂交稻“汕优 6 3”为对照 ,研究两系法亚种间超级杂交稻“两优培九”在抽穗期的光合生理表现及耐光氧化与耐荫特性。结果表明 :与汕优 6 3相比 ,两优培九具有较高的叶绿素含量和PSⅡ活性 ,并在不同光强下都有较高的光合速率 ;其原初光化学效率 (Fv/Fm)、实际光化学量子产量 (ΦPSⅡ )和通过PSⅡ的电子传递速率(ETR)的日变化与光强有关。在晴天中午强光下 ,Fv/Fm下调较少 ,光化学猝灭系数qP较高 ,表现为光合作用光抑制较轻 ,在光逆境下仍有较多的光能转化为化学能。在光氧化条件下 ,两优培九叶绿素含量下降较少 ,表现为耐光氧化 ;在遮荫条件下 ,生物学产量 (干重 )降低较少 ,表现耐荫。上述生理特性可能是两优培九实现超高产的重要生理基础。With 'Shanyou 63' as control,the photosynthetic performance and the tolerance to photooxidation and shading in heading stage were studied in a two line intersubspecific hybrid rice 'Liangyoupeijiu'.The results were as follows As compared with Shanyou 63,Liangyoupeijiu exhibited a higher chlorophyll content,a higher activity of PS Ⅱ and higher photosynthetic rates at different light intensity.The diurnal variation of PS Ⅱ primarily chemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),quantum yield of PS Ⅱ (ΦPS Ⅱ) and estimated electron transfer rate(ETR) in the above two rice varieties related to light intensity.Under high light intensity at noon,Fv/Fm in Liangyoupeijiu decreased less,and the qP in Liangyoupeijiu was larger than that in Shanyou 63, which indicated that more light energy could be converse to chemical energy for CO 2 fixation,exhibiting a slighter photoinhibition of photosynthsis.Under photooxidation or shading condition,Liangyoupeijiu showed the tolerance to photooxidation or shading.The photosynthetic traits mentioned above may be an important physiological basis for high yield in Liangyoupeijiu.
