摘 要:用放射性同位素14 C示踪技术对两系法亚种间杂交稻“两优培九”及对照“汕优 6 3”的14 CO2 同化产物的运转与分配进行了分析比较。结果显示 :水稻齐穗后 10d、2 0d标记 ,标记后 2h两优培九14 CO2 同化产物从叶片输出的比例比汕优 6 3高 6~ 8个百分点 ;孕穗期标记 ,标记后 5d两优培九茎鞘内的14 CO2 同化产物比汕优 6 3少近 8% ,14 CO2 同化产物在穗部的分配比例 ,两优培九则比汕优 6 3高近 10个百分点 ;灌浆后期标记 ,两优培九供穗上部籽粒灌浆的14 CO2 同化产物仍比汕优 6 3高约 19个百分点。表明 ,两优培九不但叶片的输出能力较强 ,而且在孕穗期和结实初期比汕优 6 3需要更多的光合产物 ,尤其是上半部穗的强势粒较多 。C tracer technique was used to compare the translocation and distribution of 14 CO 2 metabolites in a two line intersubspecific hybrid rice'Liangyoupeijiu'and CK'Shanyou 63'.When labelled 10 d and 20 d after heading for 2 h, 14 CO 2 metabolites translocation rate of Liangyoupeijiu was 6~8 percentage higher than that of Shanyou 63.When labelled at booting stage for 5 d, 14 CO 2 metabolites in the stem and shoot of Liangyoupeijiu were nearly 8% less than those of Shanyou 63,and the distribution rate of 14 CO 2 metabolites in the panicle of Liangyoupeijiu was 10 percentage higher than that of Shanyou 63.When labelled at late stage of filling, 14 CO 2 metabolites used for grain filling at the upper part of the panicle of Liangyoupeijiu was 19 percentage higher than those of Shanyou 63.Thus,it can be inferred that the leaves of Liangyoupeijiu were more capable of translocation than those of Shanyou 63,and at the early stage of maturing,Liangyoupeijiu needs more photosynthetic products than Shanyou 63 does,especially for the strong potential grains in the upper part of the panicle,which results in the relatively long time for grain filling.
